Cultivating Gratitude: A Thanksgiving Restorative Practice

Wake at dawn with a winged heart and give thanks for another day of loving - Kahlil Gibran

Thanksgiving shouldn’t be set aside for just one day. It’s a healthier frame of mind to acknowledge the things we should be grateful for every single day. In just over an hour, you will calm your nervous system, open your joints, and count your blessings on Thanksgiving and all year long. Restorative yoga allows us to slow down enough to really focus on the important stuff.

Together, we will relax, breathe and stretch. Open to all levels. Please have a yoga mat, 4 yoga blankets or a bolster, and an eye pillow or small towel for deeper relaxation.

This is a Zoom event through Shree Yoga. Please register at www.shreeyoga.com

Doing Nothing and Going Nowhere: Releasing into Here and Now

To reduce stress and anxiety, Restorative Yoga and breathing are both powerful and important in our lives right now. We will practice some gentle stretches, take our time, breathe and rest.
