This retreat is designed for anyone feeling called to slow down and realign during this upcoming season of transition. Whether you are navigating back-to-shchool schedules, work changes, or simply wanting to ground yourself for the months ahead, this day will offer space for both personal reflection, aligned movement and community connection.
